Where can I find the Device ID?

How do I find the Device ID, aka Device ID?

- If you are asked for the Device ID for support reasons, you can find it via the following steps

1. Select the appropriate device and open the control panel. Click on the pencil at the top right

2. Then click on Device Information

3. Copy the Device ID and paste it into a message. Screenshots with the Device ID will not be accepted because of the error-prone manual work involved in copying the code.
