Hihome Smart App password forgotten

If you can't remember the password for your Hihome Smart App account, follow these steps to create a new password. It is not possible to retrieve the existing and forgotten password. Data is stored encrypted and cannot be viewed or traced by Hihome staff.

1. Open the Hihome Smart App and select Log In.

2. Select Forgotten password.

3. Enter the e-mail address that you used to create your Hihome App account.

4. You will now receive an e-mail with a verification code at the e-mail address given and known to Hihome.

5. Choose a good password and complete the operation. You can now log in again.
